Locker Properties is there for you every step of the way. Linda Locker is proud to be the #1 Realtor in the NW Heights every year since 2009 and YTD in 2018. She believes it’s a result of the level of service provided to the sellers and buyers represented by Locker Properties. A home is typically a family’s largest asset and it’s important to select a Realtor who exceeds your expectations. Communication is our #1 priority! We strive to keep you updated every step of the way to the closing of your home… and afterward! No lockboxes, no calls to you – we vet all calls and will be there for every showing. We are focused on marketing your home not Locker Properties. We rely on referrals and so far it’s working great.
Linda Locker, Principal Broker, bought a lot in Forest Heights in 1995 and worked with Todd Delahunt to build her family’s home. An Oregon resident since 1976, she worked as a land use planner after graduating from OSU. Next, it was off to an 8 year sales career in the computer industry selling for Digital Equipment Corporation and Apple Computer in the days when a $20k computer had less power than today’s smart phone. During this time she attended night school at The University of Portland to receive her MBA.
In 1990 Linda joined The Paper Station, the family business that was started in 1980 by her mother, Bev Locker. New stores were opened at PDX and Pioneer Place. In 2008 she joined Locker Properties, founded by her father Gary and brother Bryan Locker.
The Locker family has been an integral part of Real Estate sales and development in Forest Heights since 1990. As a 22 year resident, Linda has a unique appreciation of the many benefits of living in the Forest Heights community. She has proven to be very capable of communicating these benefits to potential residents whether they are moving from another Portland neighborhood, another state or another country. Linda has been Forest Heights’ #1 Realtor in Sales Volume every year since 2009 and YTD in 2018.
Born into a real estate pedigree, I have been involved with real estate in some form or another beginning at a very early age. My father, Joe Menashe, has been in residential real estate for 25 years, and a managing principal broker for the last 13 years. I joined the Locker Properties team in 2012 and quickly learned what it took to be a part of a top selling brokerage firm. I am now lucky enough to have the two best mentors in this business by my side.
Prior to beginning my career in real estate I pursued my passion in the primate rescue field, working for two different non-profit organizations that focus on the rescue and rehabilitation of primates. In this field I learned many skills that go beyond caring for animals. Each day presented with new goals, tasks and challenges teaching me how to quickly adapt, problem solve, and communicate with not only my primate companions but the people who help keep these organizations afloat. My ability to empathize and understand the needs of animals and people makes me a unique asset to this business. My compassion for animals is parallel with the compassion I have for people, and helping buyers and sellers make one of the biggest decisions of their lifetime is a very rewarding experience.
I pride myself on my reputation of professionalism, dedication and ability to listen to each client’s needs and execute a smooth transaction. My dedication to providing as much value as possible and making the process seamless has set me apart from the competition. I look forward to each day in this business and the relationships that come with it.

Kandi Prince has been part of the Locker Properties’ team since 2012. As a professional home stager, or home stylist, Kandi works with Linda and the sellers to prepare a home for market before it is listed FOR SALE in RMLS. The goal of staging is to insure homes appeal to the highest number of potential buyers, ideally resulting in selling more quickly and maximizing value. Kandi’s work is phase one in the selling process with a pre-stage walk through to suggest a punch list of what the sellers could do prior to staging, such as; de-cluttering, painting or cleaning carpet.
Prior to the photo shoot, Kandi will bring in staging items to highlight features in each room of the home. In addition, she is part of the team who works with Locker Properties’ exceptional photographer to capture the best pictures for RMLS and marketing materials. The quality of the photos are critical since they deliver the first impression of the home to potential buyers. Kandi is dedicated to achieving the best results.
Kandi has lived in Forest Heights since 1999 and is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood. She is an avid walker, and loves to take advantage of the amazing trail system throughout our community’s green space.
