The Locker family has been an integral part of Real Estate sales and development in Forest Heights since 1990 when Linda’s father, Gary Locker, was the lead Realtor for the Developer. His office was in a trailer where Jim and Patty’s is now located. Linda’s brother, Bryan Locker, who had been working as an attorney downtown, joined Gary in 1996. These were the days they used a lottery system when opening up a new area to develop in Forest Heights. Contractors would “win” their choice of lots when their ticket was pulled.

Linda Locker, Principal Broker, bought a lot in Forest Heights in 1995 and worked with Todd Delahunt to build her family’s home. An Oregon resident since 1976, she worked as a land use planner after graduating from college. Next, it was off to an 8-year sales career in the computer industry selling for Digital Equipment Corporation and Apple Computer in the days when a $20k computer had less power than today’s smartphone. During this time she attended night school at The University of Portland to receive her MBA.

In 2008 she joined Locker Properties, founded by her father Gary and her brother Bryan Locker. The Locker family has been an integral part of Real Estate sales and development in Forest Heights since 1990. As a 28-year resident, Linda has a unique appreciation of the many benefits of living in the Forest Heights community. She has proven to be very capable of communicating these benefits to potential residents whether they are moving from another Portland neighborhood, another state, or another country.
